One can, of course, buy any ebooks one likes. I have no authority over anyone in this thread.

My advice is that if you have an ebook on a wishlist and there's a good special offer involving that ebook, then it's reasonable to buy it, as there's no knowing when the special offer will be repeated.

However, if you spot a book in a special offer and then put it on your wishlist, it's not reasonable to buy it. If you were really keen to buy it, it would have already been on your wish list when the special offer came along.
