Long story short: Changes I can see:
* WLAN removed
* silver instead of black casing
* 150€ less in price.
* 50 free books preinstalled.
Marketing technical not a bad move from iRex.
If I'd be them I'd over a WACOM-less version also but with a more useable navigation-keys. Too bad the iPod like turn-wheel is highly likely patented

And upwards I'd also offer some 3MHz edition, that can connect to some cellphone stuff to compete with Amazons whispernet.. And complete it with a supreme deluxe editions, for e.g. academic market, or people who just have the money, like primary larger screen, better WACOM pen preinstalled.A better WACOM tablet with less gap etc. this supreme deluxe editions could even cost 1000€... Its common marketing knowledge that adding a supreme-anything into your portfolio will also increase the buys on the lower end, so while it itself is hardly sold it brings in quite some money.
