What does that mean?
Do they pay for shipping? Remember, you'll be shipping to Canada if they don't cover it. Also factor in the turn around time to get your device back.
I bring this stuff up because folks with a Kobo WiFi are encountering a situation where Kobo considers a messed up screen to be cosmetic and won't replace the device unless you purchased a warranty.
Also, they expect you to pay for shipping unless a specific exception is made. I've heard they have changed this policy. Don't know if it applies to the Vox.
For many of the things Amazon customers take for granted, Kobo requires you buy a warranty.
