If it doesn't, you need to fix the connection to the tablet first. Note that some devices have a way to send files that does not result in a drive letter being assigned (Windows). That method won't work with calibre.

If you are seeing a drive letter and can send files with File Explorer, but Connect to Folder doesn't work, then it looks like a bug (at least to me.)
