I really like the feel of the Touch and prefer it to the original which has the same back but a more plastic feeling front. I think the Touch's textured finish definitely feels much nicer than hard plastic or metal but obviously everyone is different.
I have a black Touch and have never had any fingerprints or marks on it. I know some people are concerned about keeping it clean but I really don't understand what that is about.
I keep it in a case when I'm not reading and I have clean hands when I use it. Occasionally I clean it with a micro fibre cloth - one of the many spectacle cleaning cloths I have lying around.
