It might be that the K4 is best for those w/ both broad hands & fingers since they can use the directional keys for the onscreen keyboard. I'm guessing the K-Touch may be of little help since you still have to work within the confines of small spaces when choosing items. Although, turning would be easy since you have the options of "tap" and "swipe".
Hubby went to Staples (or Best Buy) this past weekend and played around with the K4; he hated the way it felt in his hands. He said it was too small, and that he couldn't position it in a way that would allow him to comfortably "turn the pages" while holding it in one hand. He fears that the KT might be the same, but is a little hopeful as the bezel is technically a little bigger, which might make a difference.
