I've been on a bit of a roll lately. I read
The Brief History of the Dead by Kevin Brockmeier. It was quite gentle and poetic for a post-apocalyptic.
I also read
Ashfall by Mike Mullin and ejoyed the realism of that scenario.
I listened to an audiobook of
World War Z, which was also fun.

For a change of pace, my current book listen is Murder is Binding by Lorna Barrett and my current read is
Unnatural Issue by Mercedes Lackey. If that doesn't work, I'll read
The Alchemist's Code by Dave Duncan.
