The vending machine at my dad's work had run out of Dr. Pepper.

Now I know where all my money has run off to...
One of the reasons I switched to tea in grad school was because all the soft drinks combined with diminished exercise were causing me to pack on pounds and spend far too much money. The tea got me the caffeine I wanted without the calories and all the artificial crap that will eventually hurt my body.

I do enjoy soda, I had a Dr Pepper with lunch the past few days, but I try and drink it in moderation. Studies show that even the diet stuff is correlated with weight gain (I said correlated not causes).
