I was thinking the same thing. Just make a note, or if you want a more proactive reminder, email it to yourself via the browser. I'm not clear on what this process buys you.
Also, I do not use Twitter, but I believe the posts are called "tweets" not "twits." Although, I would accept the latter as Freudian slip.
