I am quite careful because I can put on weight really easily, and am then unhappy with myself. I am not neurotic about it, but I want to feel good, and stay healthy, this means knowing what is good for me and what is not, plus daily exercise for my body but much more for my spirit and energy level.
And of course, I live in an area where good looks are everywhere so you kind of want to keep up, or at least look decent.....
