Stevie Smith - "Not Waving But Drowning"
If you've never read her poetry, you're in for a treat. Very wry, sharply observed poems - many illustrated with line drawings by Smith. Reminds me very much of Margaret Atwood's poetry.


Otherwise, someone want to restart the thread in a more "prosaic" manner?
