One advice: Try ANOTHER PC!
Working without admin rights makes no sense in that situation. If working, and I estimate it will work on another PC, it's a question of 3 minutes to install PRS+. After that first install updates can even be installed on a MAC very simple.
VMWARE etc.:
It makes little sense for an average MAC-user without a PC to try to install a virtual machine, install windows, setup ev. drivers on the VM just for installing PRS+.
