The eBooks I've been doing have lots of research on dietary supplements. In some surveys conducted in Australia almost everyone tested was deficient in D3 and Selenium. Two vital elements that work to
strengthen the immune system to fight viruses and cancers. I checked my levels and guess what? Mine were low too. With so much sunshine around you wouldn't think Aussies wouldn't have low D3 but we do. I take both now. Prevention is better than a cure.
And for a real RANT . . . . don't get me started on the
FDA and supplements.
