I guess the (empty slot for) the Memory Stick is the problem.
Not the Visual Studio. It is not necessary to install a visual studio so far as i know. If any then just a view files.

If drive letter for the memory stick is AFTER the letter of the reader it could work. But that is just guessing. Kartu?

Edit: of course it is possible to change the drive letter of the memory stick. Isn't that complicated...
