I'm trying to do just the opposite but can't find an option to do it.
What I would like to do is open the current book every time I open up Mantano. Now if I open up within about 5 minutes or so, it does open up the current book. All other times (which is most of the time for me), it opens up the book listing. I then have to click the top book to continue reading.
