Say, has anyone here read 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami? Or anything by Murakami, for that matter.
The book came up in a book group I've recently joined and it sounds really interesting. Every review I checked out has people raving about Murakami - but since 1Q84 (apparently a take off on Orwell's 1984) is fairly recent and thus still pretty expensive, I thought maybe I'd try something else by Murakami first.
