Hibiscus sparkling wine. Actually made with hibiscus flowers. From the same place we got prickly pear wine. They don't use grapes, just prickly pear (cactus friuit) or hibiscus flowers. Definitely different. Although I prefer the prickly pear wine to the hibiscus sparkling wine.
