Short answer: If you have a recent enough jailbreak (ie. one that supports FW 3.1, meaning >= 0.5.N in my case), everything's fine, don't do anything special.
In case you *have* to update your jailbreak (ie. pre 3.1 jb), you'll have to *uninstall* it first (and restart your Kindle *before* installing the latest one, if you were running <= 0.5.N or yifanlu's).
