I have nothing at all against DRM removal for personal use. It happens to be legal to remove DRM in the UK, but I would not be deterred from doing so were that not to be the case.
What I do have an issue with is DRM removal for the purpose of just giving a copy of a book to a couple of your friends. They give copies to
their friends, and it quickly reaches the point where you have a serious piracy issue.
