I had thought about doing that with my K3/Keyboard model when I got it cause it looked just fine and wasn't very noticeable. But, then I thought about the steps involved. And the idea of taking a razor to my new device (with these hands, anyways) just wasn't something I was prepared to undertake. Maybe if I had a couple other Kindles (not mine, of course) I would give it a try.
