Thanks for all yer help. im gonna hold out on getting a tablet a few months and see how the kindle fire pans out as well as give me a chance to see the 7"thrive and new 7: galaxy tab plus and the 7.7 galaxy tab. in the meantime i have to get a new phone and i think ill do my kindle reading on the 4.3 inch droid bionic or droid charge screen (wichever gets best reception on my farm as i love both)
