The Dallas Morning News recipe appears to be broken. I have tried to enhance this recipe in the past, but got stuck with my non-existent skills, so I went back to the built-in to see if it would suffice but it seems to have been broken in a recent update. (or the DMN site itself is broken).

Thanks if anyone can fix, and beyond that - I'd be happy to provide moral support, testing, and even a subscriber login if someone wanted to tackle enhancing it!
