There a plugin called
Kindle Collections for Calibre. Look for the Bold heading on that page that says"Modify Kindle Settings such as Margins and Fonts" and click the spoiler button for instructions. Note: Some fonts look better then others. Georgia looks awful!
The plugin itself can be found in Calibre's "Get New Plugins" buttons in the plugin settings window.
I have mine set to margins: 30 (default: 40) and I settled on a modified version of the Amasis font.
