It claims, but it doesn't. Well, it migrates annotations (which it actually always did) but it still doesn't display them correctly (which it never did). Some periodicals are still unrecognized, so I am not sure what exactly was fixed there...
And the sync still freezes.
Still can't delete purchased content.
Right idea. Just not executed...
