Nope not working with the sony software in osx. Yikes, hard reset. Might be an option, although I will genuinely cry if I do it, loose everything an then t still doesn't work. You better have some chocolate handy.
Nope never sent it for a firmware upgrade. Although I did just upgrade the firmware via xp and it said it shold accept epub. Yet it accepted nada.
