What makes you think other tech support will be more responsive? There are horror stories all over the forums (in general).

If you like Chapters, then stick with your Kobo. The alternative is to buy a Sony and keep sideloading things the way you've been doing.


Re: Kobo support...It doesn't sound like the problem's on their end, anyway.
