This might be extremely unusual, but my PE gets the White Screen of Death fairly often--once every couple of days. When it happens, its usually when its in hibernate. The first time it did this, my heart sank--I thought it was THE FINAL White Screen of Death, the thing I've read about so often on these forums. But I pressed the menu button, I pressed the on and off button, then it just turns on.
I think I'm really lucky. Or maybe these WSOD events are just foreshadows that the big one is on its way. I don't know--but I'm backing up all my data nevertheless.
Not sure how useful this post will be to anyone, but I thought I'd share this unusual tale of WSOD....unless it turns out to be not so unusual after all.

Meanwhile, I'm loving the PE. Its my most used machine, by far. Got a new stylus, its in Ermine, it totally rocks...
