I think if you look at the specs for the Kindle Fire and the Lenovo Ideapad, you will see that they are almost identical except for the storage card. (and, of course, Amazon's promised 'cloud' content and silk connection when we figure out what it really is).

At this point, I'm starting to lean toward the Lenovo because of the open App marketplace vs. Amazon App store.
