As a toddler, my daughter was convinced that you ordered babies from the Mothercare catalogue.
I found her with a small friend, arguing which baby they preferred ('That one's nicer. She comes with a pink dress.') .
So that evening I told her where babies came from. She just looked at me and said, 'Don't be silly.'
