I've read that in the States, the places with the most persons polled who identified as being religious and /or conservative were also the ones that turned out to have the highest per-capita porn consumption on average. I think it was something like Utah, which is basically run by Mormons if I'm understanding things correctly, being statistically #1. Lure of forbidden fruit, perhaps.
