Perhaps I'm doing something stupid, but I installed the 0.0.6 this into my Calbre, and take one of my more messed up epubs, and convert to htmlz, and run Basic Cleanup along with "Patterns" and what I get in the edit window is a completely stripped version of the text of the book. NONE of the formatting persists. In the information window I get a long list of

[WARNING] Unsupported tag: link
[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: class="calibre"

[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: class="calibre2"
[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: href="style.css"
[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: type="text/css"
[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: rel="stylesheet"
[WARNING] Unsupported tag: link
[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: class="calibre"
[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: class="calibre1"
[WARNING] Unsupported attribute: class="calibre2"
Etc, with no useful patterns, and no CSS. What's up?
