testing results

I want my epub resulting from Sigil to display equally well on any device. Do I need to download separate applications for PC for the Nook, Kobo, ADE to test my results? or can I pretty much assume that what I see in the Sigil window will be what I get on any device?

How do I test my epub on a smart phone? Do I need to test separately on an android phone (maybe using Aldiko) and an iPhone?

My document has tables and graphics, and I'm not sure how they'll display on various devices. I know that my Sony 350 has trouble with the large graphics, and doesn't have a vertical scroll (that I can find) so I can see all of a large graphic. I'm worried about how these elements will display on even smaller units
