Thanks for the link. If it's going to be available "in the forthcoming weeks" (which I suddenly notice doesn't actually say 'soon'), it is rater surprising that they haven't worked out a price yet.

I wonder if the release of the Kindle Touch has upset their calculations? The Kindle Touch is also a 6" eInk reader with touchscreen and wifi, and costs $139 which translates to €127/£114, judging by the price of the plain Kindle, since the Kindle touch isn't yet on sale in France or UK.

Now, the Odyssey has this much faster screen, which might well be something I'd be willing to pay more for, to avoid the 1/2 to 1/4 second page turning delay.

But how much more?

I note that the Orizon is now €140/£140. The Odyssey is obviously going to be more expensive.

I might be tempted at £150. It's just possible I might be persuaded to £175. But I can't see paying more than that. Especially when the base Kindle is only £89.
