You do not have to place books that you copy over directly in sub-directories, that is only for your convenience.
PRS+ does not run on the T1, it uses a completely different operating system. The beta version of Calibre works but is not complete, although the code has been written, it needs to be tested and vetted. Should be released soon.
When you connect the T1 to your computer there are 2 drives. One stores your media and the other contains the new Reader software... as always, it is not very good or stable.
