Although I now use a 950 I also have a PRS505 that works great and will be a reliable backup. I just bought and replaced the battery in it so it should be good to go if needed. The site I bought the battery from has a video showing you step by step instructions and supplies the tools with the battery. Following their guidelines was very easy.
