That's a loopback address. It means that your system is telling Calibre to connect through a proxy program running on your computer and listening on the port 47392. It could be anything from some sort of security software to a virus to a hijack through Internet Explorer (if you are using Windows).

If you are using Windows, do some searches on Windows, Internet Explorer and proxies. It should probably not be using a proxy (mine isn't), and there are a lot of people who have had this problem and have fixed it in IE, which is how you tell Windows to use/not use a proxy.
