I think Dulin's books ships to Australia, and if you pm tvpupsik (Tatiana) several users have had a good experience with her, while these guys have a sale now on - the PB360 Plus is not yet available in Europe, so US re-sellers cannot ship it to the Old Continet, but apart from that I think all other countires can get it!

On the other hand, if you wnat touchscreen (and now with the latest firmware you can use the stylus to annotate free-hand your pdf and epub files), the 903 and 603 are not available in the US because fo some problems with 3G licence, btu the 912 and 612 (with touchscreen and wifi but no 3G) should be available by the end of October in the US.
