Especially the lack of availability drives me nuts. Why is a book available as e-book in a country and only as a p-book in another country? The temptation to google the book title + "free pdf" becomes really strong when I find an e-book that I can't buy... Fortunately I can get my hands on an American account through my friends from time to time.
Anyway, the price is often substantially lower than it is for p-books and this I like. For DVDs, it is disgusting to see how much e-rentals cost. I think there should be a tax on printed books and printed DVDs, and the revenues should be used to subsidize ebooks. A lot less pollution (printing, shipping, heating the stores, etc...)
