The biggest change I see is that they've added four new Dictionaries for different languages:

Spanish
Italian
French
Portuguese

I also had a strange undownloadable version of the Italian Dictionary in my Archived Items on Kindle for PC that has no title (see attached image).

De-registering and then registering the App again has cleared it.
