My Pocketbook 360 & my daughter's Pocketbook 360+ will do nested folders. I have now used a regular Nook (daughter broke the screen), a Nook Color (my mother's), & a Kindle Keyboard 3G (husband's from work). Out of all of those readers, the Pocketbooks are the easiest to customize my library. I have a massive number of books & can create & move folders & books on my PC & it all shows up correctly on my Pocketbook. I would never buy anything else--the others were very frustrating for me. I hate trying to find workarounds just to organize.
