Es ging hier um die Hinsendekosten, soweit ich das sehe. Du kaufst Produkt X um 100, Versankdkosten 10 = 110, und wenn Du zurücktrittst erstattet Dir der Verkäufer nur 100 statt der bezahlten 110.
