I agree with the OP, there's so much potential with this device and it's sad to see the way things are going. Kobo really needs to up the quality of their software if they want to compete. It's great that Kobo are actually releasing software updates regularly (I get the impression most other manufacturer's don't), but if there's at least one very noticeable new bug with each release, then there's clearly not enough testing going on.
