I took it back out of the box.

I loaded everything with partial sync and played around. If I do selective sync by choosing say 5 books only those 5 books go on the reader. Now if I go back to add more 6 - 10 then it adds the new ones but deletes the first 5 I put on it.
I'm playing around with the collections. The only way I can figure out so far to put them on is on the reader itself. Ok now I have 380 books on it that I have to manually sort. Delete the ones I don't need and put the others in collections created on the reader. It crashes!
The reader itself crashes. Ok so don't select 20+ books to delete or move. I go for 10 or less it still crashes. I get a message on the reader saying something to the effect of The Application Content Manager has stopped working. lol no kidding! and then I have to force close it.
I agree with what you said somewhere else Bookworm Girl, a new user may really like it but if you have a large collection of books and I know some folks have way more than 400, it's a bit of a nightmare. Unless you want to sync everything you own of course.
I want to give it more time. Wait for my temper tantrum to pass & see what others are doing but I'm really leaning to not liking this thing. I don't really need 2 Sony's so if I have to choose, I'll stick with the 350. I *want* to like it but I'm just not feeling it right now.
Does anybody know how to drag & drop books onto this thing? Is it possible to D&D a whole collection? Anybody know?
