Touch looks nice, but it really doesn't have any features (except xray) that the k3 lacks. When I bought my k3 last year I planned to use it for at least 3 years, so I won't be upgrading until 2013. By then there will probably be another generation of kindles out, and older models will be like 50 bucks.
The Sony T1 is tempting though...
