2. When browsing, can you pull up any site, or are you limited to the specific sites (Wiki, books stores, libraries, facebooks.....) that it has been preset for. In particular I was wondering about pulling up my web home page.

3. Do you have to use the Sony Reader to read the books. I always just drag and drop my non-DRM'd books onto the SD card and read from there. How will this work?

Thanks for answering. I am strongly leaning towards the T1.

1) Yes, mine has only been full since I got it last night, but it's on the home screen menus and browser. Thankfully, when reading books that top "status bar" goes away for more screen real estate.

2) Any site -- browser works better than I expected. I think it's shown on the review videos, but there is only a partial screen refresh when scrolling, the full refresh happens when you stop scrolling.

3) I tried this with inbuilt storage so far (1.4GB available), but assuming it works same for sd card storage on device -- yes you can drag and drop into any folder/subfolder structure you like and when you unplug from USB, and the T1 adds your books the built in library database, with covers and all.
