Thanks for the tip on More Actions. Did you create collections within the Reader software or are your collections only on your T1? I think that you have to select the specific collection that you want to sync, although it will sync all of the books within that collection. The best option for you might be to transfer over the books that you want and then manually create a collection on the T1. I think that might be the route that I take.

I knew I was frustrated with the software yesterday so I decided not to attach the T1 by USB today. I thought I'd just enjoy reading a book. I'll wait until this weekend to try and sort out how I want to organize everything.
