I was shocked when I first heard saw the feeds on Twitter. I couldn't help wondering if this is why he stepped down? Maybe he knew...

Very sad news. I know Apple and Jobs had their share of critics, but the guy was a pioneer. Spearheaded a company that changed the techverse repeatedly.

Tim Cook might make a very good CEO but, as the conference showed, he is not Steve Jobs. Whatever else he was, the guy was a presence.
