I have the ebook and I had the paper copy of the book on pre-order, but there was some mix-up and I cancelled the order... but I haven't yet seen a paper copy in any of my local bookstores!

Edited to add: Never mind, I just checked again, and it looks like my local chapters just got some in.

This is also one of the authors I buy from hardcover in First Edition only (English).

I'm still missing about 4 of his First Editions.
