As one who has traveled internationally quite a bit, I just want to use this occasion to express my appreciation for American customer support. In the USA, we sometimes take it for granted that we can buy something and try it out, and if it doesn't work they way we thought it would, get our money back. In most countries, "The customer is always right" is just wrong--it's more like "All sales are final." I don't know what the customer service culture is like in the UK, but if you were in the States I'd say, "Buy what you think you'd like, and if it doesn't work out you can always return it."
