Yes, but not through the website. Luckily I had an event scheduled near a Sony Style store, so got the bundle and service plan there without any problems.
The SkinIt is...interesting. It's basically a decal that covers most of the reader. It makes the reader a little easier to grip, and now I can put my own stickers all over the back without fear of not getting them off again.
